El Tiempo aimed to boost subscription numbers, re-engage inactive users, and reduce cancellations rate.

To achieve this, they had to segment their customer database according to each status and track their changes in real-time to carry out targeted marketing campaigns for each segment.

the Proposal

We partnered with El Tiempo to improve the accuracy of measuring subscribers’ performance and deliver automated reports.

We worked with our partner to create KPIs that would ensure consistent calculations across all areas.

We leveraged advanced SQL scripting to extract the necessary data from BigQuery and perform calculations.

We automated Tableau dashboards to deliver the overall ASC and each ASC component calculation.

We created a strategic KPI panel for the entire company using the same methodology.

THE IMPACT

El Tiempo gained real-time insights into their data and activity by implementing reports automation and dashboards, along with a panel that included all strategic KPIs.
